Hadrosaurs
Hadrosaurs, often called duck billed dinosaurs, were herbivorous dinosaurs that lived during the Late Cretaceous and were among the most successful plant eating dinosaurs of their time. Many hadrosaurs had elaborate head crests that may have been used for communication, display, or sound production.
These dinosaurs are believed to have lived in large herds and may have migrated across large distances. Fossil evidence suggests some species cared for their young in nesting colonies.
