Ceratopsians

Ceratopsians were a group of herbivorous dinosaurs known for their beaks, large frills, and often impressive horns. The most famous member of this group is Triceratops, but the group also includes many other species with a wide variety of horn and frill shapes.

These dinosaurs lived primarily during the Late Cretaceous and are believed to have used their horns and frills for display, defense, and possibly species recognition. Many ceratopsians lived alongside large predators such as Tyrannosaurus.
